Every boarding experience includes the following services by our staff :

• Structured playtime in a grassy courtyard.
• Administration of medications,both oral and topical, administration of special diets.
• Regular visits to the grooming room for brushing, nail clipping, ear cleaning and eye checks.
• Non-stressfull positive experiences only, we do not muzzle or force any service on our boarders.
• Regular supervision and human contact throughout the day.

Environment offered to our boarders :

• Central air conditioned and heated indoor runs
• Fully covered outdoor runs for each indoor run
• All runs have blankets which are laundered daily
• All indoor surfaces washed and sanitized daily
• All outdoor runs and playfields sanitized 3 times a day
• All drinking water changed daily
• Property alarmed and monitered against break in and fire
• Someone on the property 24/7, our boarders are never left alone
•  We encourage socialization and play amongst our boarders, and, staff. We do not train or God forbid, discipline our boarders.

We offer specialized services to customize your pet's stay for life stages and care :

Geriatric boarding : for the dog whose mind is younger than his body, or for the dog who has special needs. Located in a seperate, quiet section of the kennel, away from the hustle and bustle of the young-uns, with a private oudoor courtyard. We offer an individualized mix of play, buddy time, rest and human interaction. Often includes early morning visits to our kitchen to share Uncle Bill's early morning toast and coffee ( ok, not the coffee).

In-Home Boarding. For the dog that wants to snuggle up with Uncle Bill and Auntie Maria. We welcome these boarders into our home to share our family life. As our dogs, they have run of the house, meet family who frequently visit, and get to sleep wherever they choose, ( yes that includes our bed). Please be warned that your dog may return home a fanatical football fan with a passion for Latin music.

Emergency or veterinary services: Should your pet require veterinary services while staying with us, we are able to make arrangements with our local  veterinary hospital, who are available to us 24/7. Veterinarian and transport fees apply.

We treat all our boarders as if they were our own dog's. We take their care and safety very seriously. Providing food and housing is only a small part of our commitment to our dogs, it is the love we have for them that is the real difference. This is a lifestyle choice we made many years ago and are loving every moment of it. We believe in two way full disclosure, we keep no secrets and ask the same of you. If you have any questions or comments regarding the sevice we provided your pets feel to share them with us, it is only through your feedback that we can avoid complacency.
